In 2024, members of our international M&A organization (AICA) – the Alliance of International Corporate Advisors – successfully completed 305 transactions across 38 member firms.

The most active sectors were Business Services, Industrials, and Technology, Media & Telecommunications, accounting for nearly 200 transactions in total.
